Engage in an in-depth interview with faculty directors and industry fellows assessing strategic acumen and leadership potential.

Receive your formal Offer Letter, complete matriculation protocols, and join the global Highland Business School leadership network.

Requirements

Recognized bachelor's degree or higher (exceptional senior founders may request special board review)
Minimum 8 years of full-time professional experience, including 5+ years in senior management or governance
Demonstrated record of organizational leadership as Chairperson, CEO, General Partner, or Senior Director

Accredited undergraduate degree with strong academic credentials
Minimum 3 years of managerial or professional track record showing high leadership trajectory
Proficiency in cross-cultural business communication (classes supported by simultaneous interpretation)
